We are paying TOP dollar to referring realtors who customers enroll in our Property Management Company. We are renting out our homes within an average of 3-7 days. Your owners get some relief with their mortgage payments, and you are their HERO! You also remain the referring realtor, so when they decide to buy or sell, they are YOUR customer, and we send them back to you!

We are paying $225 for realtors who refer homes to the program, and $175 if you bring us a tenant! (Once property is rented)
